Overview
Anteriad is a B2B sales & marketing agency serving major tech names. We are looking for new key players to join our mission and grow with us as an organization. The role of a Business Development Representative (BDR) is to call US companies and speak with IT managers. There is no selling on the phone. The goal is to generate a lead by setting up a meeting between the IT manager and our client’s sales representative. You will work with our clients’ sales experts during a Warm Handover, learning from top professionals and building a global network of decision-makers.
Responsibilities
- Engage with key decision-makers: Connect and initiate conversations with IT managers by phone to understand their current tech setup.
- Spark interest: Present our clients’ IT solutions and show how they can optimize processes and productivity.
- Create high-value opportunities: Schedule meetings between prospects and our client’s sales experts to move the conversation forward.
Onboarding and Compensation
- Onboarding: Four-week onboarding process to prepare you to excel as a BDR.
- Commission: Uncapped commission system; performance-driven with no cap on earnings.
- Salary and incentives: On average, US team members earn €687 per month in incentives (around €8,244 extra annually) with experienced colleagues earning over €840 monthly in total compensation.
- Work location: Opportunity to work from anywhere within mainland Spain; residence in Spain required; Madrid office first week with accommodation and travel covered; quarterly one-week office visit with expenses covered.
Work location, schedule and type
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
- Employment type: Permanent, full-time.
- Location: Spain (residence in Spain required; option to work remotely within mainland Spain).
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales and/or telemarketing is a plus, but not required
- Experience in customer service is a plus, but not required
- CRM experience is desirable, but not required
- Target-driven mentality and can-do attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- The place of residence must be in Spain and able to work in Spain legally (full-time)
