You will manage a portfolio of B2B client accounts, conduct market research, and launch outbound sales campaigns. The role requires strong skills in cold calling and email outreach, with a target-driven mindset. Formación

• Native or near-native German speaker.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Experience in outbound sales is essential.
• Comfortable in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Target-driven with a strong focus on KPIs.

Responsabilidades

• Manage 6–8 B2B client accounts simultaneously.
• Conduct market research to identify target companies.
• Initiate and manage outbound email campaigns.
• Prospect clients through various channels.
• Book meetings for clients' sales teams.
• Track KPIs to ensure meeting targets are achieved.

Conocimientos

German native or near native

Fluent English

Experience in outbound B2B sales

Experience with cold calling

Experience with email outreach

Experience with LinkedIn prospecting

Ability to conduct market research
