PayFit Ltd. in Barcelona / UK-based sales team is seeking a Sales Development Representative to generate outbound opportunities for PayFit UK. You will identify prospects, qualify them, and hand them off to Account Executives while maintaining a strong focus on the sales pipeline.

The role requires 100% outbound activity, clear communication, and the ability to engage with senior decision-makers. A dynamic, growth-focused environment with UK leadership awaits.

Qualificações

• Fluent in English is required.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Ability to generate outbound opportunities and manage a sales pipeline.

Responsabilidades

• Generate as many new business opportunities as possible through 100% outbound prospecting.
• Identify, qualify prospects (30% by email, 70% by phone) and engage them.
• Prospect and build a sales pipeline to generate qualified leads for Account Executives.
• Understand prospects’ needs and present the most suitable PayFit solution.
• Identify key decision-makers and influencers (CEOs, Office Managers, Payroll Managers, CFOs, Founders).
• Maintain accurate CRM data in Salesforce and share ideas to improve processes.
