Job summary

Factorial HR is seeking a Partnerships Development Manager for the UK&I market. You will expand and accelerate our partner network within the Payroll & Accounting ecosystem, leveraging accountants, payroll bureaus, and resellers to scale distribution.

You will collaborate with internal teams and travel to the UK&I for events and partner visits, helping shape the channel strategy and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Hunter mentality and 3–4 years in Partnerships or Channel Sales in SaaS/digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and map new partners in HR, Payroll, and Accounting with strong UK&I footprint.
• Drive full partner recruitment and sales cycle with Accounting & Payroll ecosystem players.
• Act as primary contact for key UK&I partners, VARs, and advisory consultancies.
• Hold regular meetings and product demos with partners and clients, sharing updates.
