SIXT is expanding its Customer Service team in Spain to support customers by phone, email, and video around the clock. You will help guide customers through the full pick-up process, resolve data issues, and ensure a smooth start to every rental.

The role involves international collaboration, a dynamic 24/7 shift model, and a focus on delivering exceptional service in German, English and Spanish. We offer a permanent contract, flexible remote work in Spain, and a package including telework

Formación

• Fluent in German, English and Spanish.
• Ability to explain complex processes clearly, including via video calls.
• Comfort with a dynamic, 24/7 shift environment and cross-border teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Support customers by phone, email and video around the clock.
• Guide customers through the entire pick-up process from verification to start of journey.
• Explain processes in video calls and provide reassurance when digital workflows raise questions.
• Answer questions related to reservations, rentals and pick-ups and help finalize bookings.
• Review customer data and quickly resolve missing information or clarifications.
• Collaborate with SIXT stations internationally to ensure smooth mobility for customers.
• Recommend suitable products and services to enhance the rental experience.
