SIXT Spain is expanding its Customer Service team to support customers by phone, email and video around the clock. You guide customers through the pick-up process, provide reassurance in digital workflows, and collaborate with international teams to keep mobility seamless.

Fluent in German, English and Spanish, you excel at explaining complex steps clearly, while embracing digital tools and a dynamic 24/7 shift environment with weekend and holiday coverage.

Formación

• Fluent German, English, and Spanish.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain complex processes in video calls.
• Willing to work in a 24/7 shift including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Support customers by phone, email, and video around the clock (24/7).
• Guide customers through the entire pick-up process from verification to start of journey.
• Explain processes clearly during video calls and provide reassurance when digital workflows raise questions.
• Answer questions related to reservations, rentals, and pick-ups; assist with finalizing bookings.
• Review customer data and quickly find solutions when information is missing or unclear.
• Work internationally with SIXT stations across countries to ensure smooth road-start.
