SIXT is hiring for a Customer Service professional based in Spain to support customers by phone, email and video around the clock. You will guide customers through the pick-up process, explain digital workflows clearly, and resolve reservation questions to ensure a smooth start to mobility.

The role emphasizes multilingual communication, flexibility for 24/7 shifts, and collaboration with international teams to boost the rental experience.

Formación

• Customer-oriented professional with the ability to identify needs and guide customers to a solution.
• Excellent language skills in German, English, and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Support customers by phone, email, and video around the clock.
• Guide customers through the complete pick-up process for a smooth start.
• Explain processes clearly in video calls and provide reassurance.
• Answer questions on reservations, rentals, and pick-ups; help finalize bookings.
• Review customer data and resolve missing or unclear information quickly.
• Work with SIXT stations across countries to ensure seamless mobility.
• Recommend suitable products and services to improve the rental experience.
