You will work across borders with SIXT stations, explaining steps clearly, boosting confidence in digital workflows, and upselling suitable products. Permanent contract, AI tools access, telework allowance, and a strong salary package are offered.

Formación

• Fluent in German, English, and Spanish.
• Customer-service oriented with quick problem solving.
• Willing to work in a 24/7 shift model including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer inquiries by phone, email, and video around the clock.
• Guide customers through pickup, verification, and start of their journey.
• Explain processes clearly in video calls and provide reassurance on digital workflows.
• Assist with reservations, rentals, and finalizing bookings.
