SIXT is building a new remote-friendly customer service department to support international clients. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, or video, assist with rental queries, verify information, and help resolve issues 24/7, collaborating with branches across countries.

You’ll use AI tools like Claude by Anthropic and SIXTgpt from day one to enhance efficiency, offer premium service, and promote improvements.

Formación

• Customer orientation to understand and anticipate customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Fluent in German, English and Spanish.
• Clear and persuasive communication across channels.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, or video calls.
• Assist with vehicle rental questions, pickup process, and closing reservations.
• Verify customer information and provide related assistance.
