SIXT is creating a new remote customer service department in Spain to support customers globally. You will handle inquiries via phone, email or video calls, assisting with rentals, bookings and issue resolution.

We offer a permanent contract, a base salary of €19,200 gross per year (12 payments) plus a €300 monthly target bonus, a €60 telework allowance and a 30% night shift premium for late hours. You can work from anywhere in Spain.

Formación

• Excellent customer orientation to anticipate needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Fluency in German, English and Spanish.
• Clear and persuasive communication.

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or video calls.
• Assist customers with questions related to the vehicle rental and pickup process, and closing reservations.
• Verify customer information and provide related assistance.
• Provide technical support during pickup and troubleshoot self-service issues.
• Collaborate with SIXT branches located in different countries.
• Make calls to promote additional sales and improvements.
