SIXT is hiring a Customer Service professional in Spain to support customers by phone, email, and video around the clock, 24/7. You guide them through the pick-up process and ensure a smooth start to their mobility journey.

Based in Spain, you’ll work in a remote, international team, receive a permanent contract, and benefit from AI tools, an attractive salary, telework allowance, and night-shift premium for late hours.

Formación

• Customer Orientation — You quickly identify needs and issues, think one step ahead, and reliably guide customers through to a solution

Responsabilidades

• You support our customers by phone, email, and video, around the clock, 24/7
• You guide customers through the entire pick-up process — from verification and digital pick-up through to the start of their journey — ensuring everything runs smoothly
• You are close to the customer in video calls, explain processes in an understandable way, and provide reassurance, especially when digital workflows raise questions
• You answer questions related to reservations, rentals, and pick-ups, and assist with finalizing bookings
• You review customer data and quickly find solutions when information is missing or something needs to be clarified
• You work internationally and, together with SIXT stations in various countries, ensure that our customers get on the road without detours
• You recommend suitable products and services, making the rental experience even better
