SIXT is expanding its customer service team in Spain, offering a permanent contract with flexible remote work across the country. You will handle bookings and help customers from preboarding through to car pick-up, using video calls and digital tools to enhance the experience.

Your role emphasizes customer-centric service across borders with international collaboration, leveraging AI tools and a multilingual skill set including German, English, and Spanish.
