A travel support service provider is seeking Icelandic-speaking professionals for the role of Travel Support Advisor. In this position, you will assist travelers and partners using Booking.com, ensuring efficient issue resolution and a reliable customer experience. The position offers a hybrid work model, a relocation package, and a salary of €22,249 gross annually. Candidates should have strong communication skills and experience in customer service, with an interest in travel and accommodation platforms.

Formación

Position Overview

As a Travel Support Advisor, you will assist travelers and accommodation partners using Booking.com. Your responsibility is to provide accurate information, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a reliable customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support travelers and partners via phone and email, following established procedures

  • Provide clear and precise information regarding bookings, payments, and service conditions

  • Manage requests such as modifications, cancellations, and technical inquiries

  • Mediate between guests and accommodation providers in a neutral and solution-oriented manner

  • Document all interactions and ensure compliance with internal guidelines

  • Maintain a professional approach in all communication

Requirements
  • Icelandic (C2) and Advanced English

  • Strong written and verbal communication with a structured approach

  • Proficiency in Office 365, CRM tools and internal systems

  • Ability to handle complex cases with calm and consistency

  • Reliability, discipline and adaptability to process updates

  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage

  • Interest in travel and accommodation platforms is beneficial
