This role focuses on improving documentary processes in import-export and ensuring compliance with customs regulations. Formación

  • Degree in International Trade and/or Customs Law is required.
  • High level of English mandatory; other languages desirable.
  • Experience in Export-Import management is essential.

Responsabilidades

  • Control and support document management in import-export processes.
  • Ensure compliance with international import-export regulations.
  • Support in customs management across various countries.

Mission:
Improve and ensure the management and documentary processes (export-import) in the companies of the group.

Control regulatory compliance in customs matters (International).

Your responsibilities:

  • Document management: Control and support (import-export).
  • Support and control (Fluidra's companies) in the definition of origins.
  • Hscode and Nomenclature combination of products.
  • Ensure and improve correct compliance with the Unified Customs Code and the international import-export regulations.
  • Definition and generation of processes.
  • Ensure the correct application of preferential treaties.
  • Support to Fluidra's companies in customs management in each specific country.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations: Customs documents, certifications, and other declarations.
  • Support and collaboration in customs inspections (origins, import taxes, customs value, dutiable value...).

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a positive attitude and the following:

  • Degree, bachelor's, master's or equivalent - in International Trade and/or Customs Law.
  • High level of English is a must. Ability to speak other languages is desirable, though not essential.
  • International experience in management department (Export-Import) and/or customs officer.
  • Definition of Hscode, origins, CN8, etc.
  • Customs document management.
