Schneider Electric is seeking a Senior Tendering & Technical Engineer in Seville to lead technical tendering and project-preparations for the CS&P services. You will coordinate complex bids, align technical specifications, and drive modernization initiatives across multiple accounts and regions.

Formación
- Experience in Site Services Business and delivery of technical tenders.
- Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
- Commercial acumen with ability to influence and negotiate.
Responsabilidades
- Be the Single Point of Contact for Technical procedures and prerequisites for installation and commissioning of complex tenders and maintenance contracts in the C&S&P zone.
- Analyze needs at Opex stage and propose technical solutions from the DC Services perspective.
- Provide modernization plans and identify improvement areas across multi-business levels.
- Ensure consistency on scope of work, price and quotation tools; consolidate multi-country offers and test scripts.
- Review RFQ and define bid strategy with Sales Manager; coordinate tender specs, optimize offers and tests.
- Monitor KPIs and take actions to improve Tender to Quote (TTQ).
