Schneider Electric is seeking a Tender Engineer in Secure Power to design and structure customer-focused technical and techno-commercial offers. You will connect customer requirements, technical feasibility, cost competitiveness, and our value proposition into compliant, reliable offers.

Formación

Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
Experience in Tendering, Bid & Proposal, Solution Design, Technical Sales, Project Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
Knowledge of Data Centre, HVAC systems, cooling systems, UPS, and Secure Power solutions.
Ability to create technically reliable and commercially competitive offers based on customer specifications, standards, procedures, and company guidelines.
Good understanding of tender documentation, contractual terms, technical requirements, and customer specifications.
Ability to balance technical feasibility, cost competitiveness, risk, and customer value.

Responsabilidades

Analyze low-to-medium complexity RFQs, understand customer requirements, and translate them into clear technical specifications and offer concepts.
Develop detailed tenders and techno-commercial proposals for UPS and cooling solutions, including technical configuration, sizing, and cost estimation.
Review and clarify customer requirements related to Data Centre, HVAC, Cooling systems, UPS, and Secure Power environments, integrating them into compliant offers.
Coordinate with Sales to understand project scope, specifications, customer needs, and key success factors.
Prepare competitive and cost-effective offers aligned with customer requirements, internal policies, governance rules, and tendering processes.
Build proposals using standard tools and processes, integrating validated technical, commercial, and financial inputs.
Prepare detailed cost analyses based on bid competitiveness, technical constraints, and value proposition.
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Operations, Engineering, Purchasing, and other stakeholders to define the optimized offersolution.
Ensure offer quality, documentation accuracy, deadline compliance, and alignment with customer expectations.
Support risk analysis, offer review, tender submittal review, escalation workflows, and approval processes according to Delegation of Authority rules.
Ensure proper handover of awarded opportunities to execution or operations teams.
Take an active role in improving how offers are developed, showing curiosity, initiative, and willingness to simplify processes, improve consistency, and strengthen quality and responsiveness.
