Zusammenfassung

Schneider Electric is offering a 6‑month trainee program in Seville, Spain, for engineering students. You will join the Europe Multi-Segment Tendering team to learn how to coordinate tendering and services, develop the OPEX pipeline, and support service offers.

The internship is paid, with flexible hours between 8 and 10 a.m., and up to 30 hours per week. The program emphasizes learning through workshops, interactive sessions, and real projects across Europe, with potential remote collaboration

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled in Electrical, Electronic, or Industrial Engineering.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Excel required; PowerPoint and Word also needed.
• Willingness to learn and flexible to a morning schedule (8–10am).
• Must arrange a university internship agreement for at least 6 months.
• Available to start in January/February.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate with Services teams across Europe to identify contacts, capabilities and cost information for OPEX opportunities.
• Maintain and update the OPEX pipeline with project status and timing from Tendering teams.
• Act as a liaison between Tendering and Services teams to improve visibility and coordination of OPEX opportunities.
• Support the preparation of service offers and learn the Schneider Electric Services portfolio.
• Develop tools and databases, including AI-based solutions, to automate activities and make tendering processes more efficient.
