Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years as senior engineer or technical expert in power systems.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Deep knowledge of substation systems, control and protection, power quality.
• Experience as technical advisor for complex projects or tenders.
• Experience with supplier and factory technical management.
• Autonomy and stakeholder management across sales, engineering, and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical advisor for complex tenders and support bid teams.
• Provide technical guidance to tender organization for feasibility and robustness.
• Own technical definition of complex offers and manage high-risk bids.
• Lead technical interface with factories and suppliers.
• Evaluate supplier proposals for compliance and cost/value optimization.
• Advise on power system solutions including substations, protection, grid integration.
• Identify technical risks and mitigation during tender phase.
• Support sales during customer technical discussions.
• Ensure alignment between customer requirements and internal standards.
• Share knowledge and act as trusted technical reference.
