Job summary

Concentrix Spain Business Process Outsourcing S.L.U. is hiring for a Technical Product Expert (German-speaking) with remote work option across Spain. The role emphasizes training OEMs, diagnosing issues, and coordinating with supply chain. Strong German and English, and customer service experience are required.

Offer includes a 39-hour work week, permanent contract, and a bonus potential up to €2,400 annually on top of €22,500 gross per year. Training and career development are provided.

Responsibilities

• Delivers training to OEM´s and assemblers as per request and business needs.
• Deploys high level knowledge in the market and collect information for corrective action & improvement.
• Takes control of OEM´s claim by escalating to key company areas if necessary.
• Coordinates with Supply Chain department for parts pick-ups and replacement shipments.
• Guides customers through diagnostic and troubleshooting processes, which may include use of diagnostic tools and software and/or following verbal instructions.
• Consults with users to determine steps and procedures taken to identify and resolve the problem.
• Prepares customer reports to track progress on improvement actions.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Candidate Profile

• Are proficient or bilingual in German plus an advanced level of English.
• High School graduate or Higher.
• Have customer care skills – ability to listen to and understand the customers’ need.
• At least 3 years’ experience in customer service environment.
• CMS Office Package / MS Dynamics 365 / SAP.
• Logistics knowledge / Training Skills / Innovation skills.

Salary and benefits

• Full‑time 39 hours/week permanent contract.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00.
• Salary package: €22,500 gross/year + up to €2,400 gross/year in bonus.
• Barcelona office or 100% remote anywhere in Spain.
