Concentrix seeks a Technical Support Advisor (German-speaking) in Barcelona, hybrid arrangement. You will provide expert technical support to customers via email and phone, addressing product inquiries, installations, and troubleshooting while fostering long-term client relationships.

The role requires German + advanced English, strong communication, and prior customer service experience. Full-time with a 39-hour work week, plus training and career development opportunities.

Formación

• High School graduate or higher.
• German language fluency plus advanced English.
• Experience in customer service environments preferred.
• Knowledge of ERP or CRM systems is a plus.

What You Will Do In This Role

At Mahle SBS as a Technical Support Advisor on our team, you will:

• Provide technical support and assistance to customers via e-mail and phone.
• Addresses, responds and resolves to customer inquiries on products and services, including installation, operational functions, troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Provide response in a timely manner to customers queries and focuses on building close long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

• Delivers training to OEM´s and assemblers as per request and business needs.
• Deploys high level knowledge in the market and collect information for corrective action & improvement.
• Takes control of OEM´s claim by escalating to key company areas if necessary.
• Coordinates with Supply Chain department for parts pick-ups and replacement shipments.
• Guides customers through diagnostic and troubleshooting processes, which may include use of diagnostic tools and software and/or following verbal instructions.
• Consults with users to determine steps and procedures taken to identify and resolve the problem.
• Prepares customer reports to track progress on improvement actions
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• At least 3 years’ experience in customer service environment
• CMS Office Package / MS Dynamics 365 / SAP
• Logistics knowledge / Training Skills / Innovation skills
