TP Spain in Barcelona seeks a highly motivated Sales Executive to drive new business conversions for AI advertising solutions. You will hunt, engage, and close deals, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure.

Requirements include C1 Swedish and B2 English, 2–3 years in B2B sales, strong digital marketing knowledge, and CRM experience (Salesforce). This is a full-time role based in Barcelona with uncapped bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Swedish C1 level and English B2 level
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in B2B sales / business development
• Experience in outbound sales and cold calling
• Strong communication, including C-level interactions
• CRM usage (e.g., Salesforce)
• Self-prospecting and revenue-driven mindset

Responsabilités

• Identify and engage potential clients via inbound and outbound prospecting
• Generate new business opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline
• Conduct needs analysis and present AI advertising solutions
• Drive full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Meet or exceed revenue and activity targets
• Maintain CRM records (e.g., Salesforce)
• Collaborate with onboarding and customer success teams
• Upsell and cross-sell solutions when applicable
