Job summary

TP in Barcelona is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to drive new business for AI advertising solutions. You will hunt, engage, and close deals, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to revenue realization. A strong digital marketing background and consultative selling approach are essential.

The role requires 2–3 years in B2B sales, outbound experience, and proficiency with Salesforce. It offers a base salary with uncapped on-target bonuses and relocation support in Barcelona.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of B2B sales or business development experience
• Strong communication skills, including C-level interaction
• Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools
• Experience in outbound sales and cold calling
• Self-prospecting capabilities
• Revenue/target-driven mindset

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through inbound & outbound prospecting (cold calls, email, social selling)
• Generate new business opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline
• Conduct needs analysis and present AI advertising solutions tailored to client goals
• Drive full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
• Achieve and exceed revenue and activity targets
• Maintain accurate tracking of all sales activities in CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
• Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding and customer success handover
• Upsell and cross-sell additional solutions when applicable
