Teleperformance Spain in Barcelona is seeking a driven Sales Executive to win inbound/outbound AI advertising clients, manage the full sales cycle, and hit revenue targets. You will identify, engage, and close new clients, build a robust pipeline, and drive the full sales process from prospecting to close.

Required 2–3 years of B2B sales, Salesforce proficiency, and German C1 with English B2. This is a 39-hour/week full-time role in Barcelona, offering a base salary of €30,000 plus an uncapped

• Minimum 2–3 years of B2B sales experience.
• Proactive hunter with ability to close deals.
• Strong communication with C-level.
• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce).

Responsabilidades

• Identify and engage potential clients through inbound & outbound prospecting (cold calls, email, social selling).
• Generate new business opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Conduct needs analysis and present AI advertising solutions tailored to client goals.
• Drive full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Achieve and exceed revenue and activity targets.
• Maintain accurate tracking of all sales activities in CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
• Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding and customer success handover.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional solutions when applicable.
