Job summary

TP in Barcelona is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to drive inbound and outbound new business opportunities. You will identify, engage, and close deals, building a robust pipeline and maintaining CRM activity.

The role requires German (C1) and English (B2), strong digital marketing knowledge, and 2–3 years of B2B sales experience. It is a full-time position in Barcelona offering relocation support and private health insurance.

Qualifications

Proficient in German (C1) and English (B2)
Strong digital marketing knowledge (SEO, PPC, Ads ecosystem)
Experience in pre-sales/lead qualification
Proven B2B sales or business development experience
2–3 years of relevant experience
Strong communication skills, including C-level interaction
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools
Experience in outbound sales and cold calling
Self-prospecting capabilities
Revenue/target-driven mindset
Experience managing or using databases

Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential clients through inbound & outbound prospecting (cold calls, email, social selling)
Generate new business opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline
Conduct needs analysis and present AI advertising solutions tailored to client goals
Drive full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
Achieve and exceed revenue and activity targets
Maintain accurate tracking of all sales activities in CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding and customer success handover
Upsell and cross-sell additional solutions when applicable
