Job summary

TP in Barcelona is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to drive inbound and outbound new business acquisition in AI advertising. You will hunt for clients, manage the full sales cycle, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure onboarding and success. 2–3 years’ B2B sales experience and strong English are expected.

The role offers a base salary of €30,000 gross/year with an uncapped on-target bonus of €5,175 and a 39-hour work week in Barcelona’s 22@ district.

Qualifications

• Language: English at C1 level.
• Strong digital marketing knowledge (SEO, PPC, Ads ecosystem).
• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Experience in pre-sales/lead qualification.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills, including C-level interaction.
• Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools.
• Experience in outbound sales and cold calling.
• Self-prospecting capabilities and revenue focus.
• Experience managing or using databases.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through inbound and outbound prospecting (cold calls, email, social selling).
• Generate new business opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Conduct needs analysis and present AI advertising solutions tailored to client goals.
• Drive full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Achieve and exceed revenue and activity targets.
• Maintain accurate tracking of all sales activities in CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
• Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding and customer success handover.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional solutions when applicable.
