The role requires 2–3 years in B2B sales, German C1 and English B2, and a strong understanding of digital marketing. Relocation support is provided, with a clear track to growth in an international team.

Qualifications

• German language at C1 level.
• English language at B2 level or higher.
• 2–3 years in B2B sales, business development or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing including SEO, PPC, and online advertising platforms.
• Proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, lead generation, and prospecting.
• Experience in pre-sales activities and lead qualification.
• Ability to communicate confidently with senior decision‑makers (C-level).
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and managing sales pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential B2B clients through cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and inbound leads.
• Generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Understand client needs and recommend AI-powered advertising solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
• Aim to meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and activity KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and handover.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
