Job summary

TP is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive in Barcelona to drive inbound and outbound new business. You will identify, engage, and close new clients, manage the full sales cycle, and collaborate with onboarding and customer success teams.

The role requires 2–3 years in B2B sales, strong digital marketing knowledge, and fluency in Swedish (C1) and English (B2). Base salary is €30,000 with uncapped bonuses; relocation and private health insurance are offered.

Qualifications

2–3 years of relevant B2B sales experience.
Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools.
Strong digital marketing knowledge (SEO, PPC, Ads ecosystem).
Language skills: Swedish at C1 and English at B2.

Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential clients through inbound & outbound prospecting.
Generate new business opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline.
Conduct needs analysis and present AI advertising solutions tailored to client goals.
Drive full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Achieve and exceed revenue and activity targets.
Maintain accurate tracking of all sales activities in CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding and customer success handover.
Upsell and cross-sell additional solutions when applicable.
