Job summary

TP in Barcelona is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to drive conversion for inbound and outbound new business, identifying, engaging, and closing clients. The role emphasizes consultative selling, strong digital marketing knowledge, and a customer-centric approach.

You will manage full sales cycles from prospecting to closing, maintain CRM activity, and collaborate with onboarding and customer success teams.

Qualifications

Language skills: Swedish C1 and English B2.
Strong digital marketing knowledge (SEO, PPC, Ads ecosystem).
Experience in pre-sales/lead qualification.
Proven experience in B2B sales or business development.
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Strong communication skills, including C-level interaction.
Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools.
Experience in outbound sales and cold calling.

Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential clients through inbound & outbound prospecting (cold calls, email, social selling).
Generate new business opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline.
Conduct needs analysis and present AI advertising solutions tailored to client goals.
Drive full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Achieve and exceed revenue and activity targets.
Maintain accurate tracking of all sales activities in CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding and customer success handover.
Upsell and cross-sell additional solutions when applicable.
