Job summary

TP is seeking a driven Sales Executive in Barcelona to convert inbound and outbound opportunities for AI advertising solutions. You will manage the full sales cycle, build a robust pipeline, and collaborate with onboarding and customer success teams.

A proactive hunter with digital marketing knowledge and strong communication will thrive here. We offer a base salary of €25,000 gross per year plus an uncapped on-target bonus of €6,500, relocation support, private health insurance, and a 39-hour

Qualifications

• Language skills: English C1 level.
• Experience in pre-sales/lead qualification.
• 2-3 years of relevant sales experience.
• Proven track record in B2B sales or business development.
• Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through inbound & outbound prospecting (cold calls, email, social selling).
• Generate new business opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Conduct needs analysis and present AI advertising solutions tailored to client goals.
• Drive full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Achieve and exceed revenue and activity targets.
• Maintain accurate tracking of all sales activities in CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
• Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding and customer success handover.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional solutions when applicable.
