Job summary

Teleperformance SE is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive in Barcelona to drive inbound and outbound new business acquisition for AI advertising solutions. You will hunt, engage, and close new clients, managing the full sales cycle with a focus on consultative selling and customer value creation.

The role requires 2–3 years of B2B sales experience, Norwegian (C1) and English (B2), and strong knowledge of digital marketing.

Qualifications

• C1 level Norwegian and B2 level English are required.
• 2–3 years of relevant B2B sales experience.
• Experience in pre-sales/lead qualification and outbound selling.
• Strong communication, including C-level interactions.
• Proactive hunter with digital marketing knowledge and customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through inbound & outbound prospecting (cold calls, email, social selling).
• Generate new business opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Conduct needs analysis and present AI advertising solutions tailored to client goals.
• Drive full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Achieve and exceed revenue and activity targets.
• Maintain accurate tracking of all sales activities in CRM (Salesforce).
• Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding and customer success handover.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional solutions when applicable.
