TP is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive in Barcelona to drive conversion for inbound and outbound new business acquisition. You will identify, engage, and close new clients, leveraging strong digital marketing knowledge and consultative selling to meet revenue targets.

The role requires Italian (C1) and English (B2), experience in B2B sales, and familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce. Base salary is €24,000 with a €5,610 uncapped on-target bonus and relocation support.

Formación

• Fluent Italian (C1) and English (B2) required.
• Strong digital marketing knowledge (SEO, PPC, Ads ecosystem).
• 2–3 years in B2B sales or business development.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs.
• Proactive pre-sales/lead qualification and outbound selling.
• Excellent communication including C-level interactions.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and engage potential clients through inbound & outbound prospecting (cold calls, email, social selling).
• Generate new business opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Conduct needs analysis and present AI advertising solutions tailored to client goals.
• Drive full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Achieve and exceed revenue and activity targets.
• Maintain accurate tracking of all sales activities in CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
• Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding and customer success handover.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional solutions when applicable.
