Teleperformance Spain is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive in Barcelona to drive inbound and outbound new business for AI advertising solutions. You will identify, engage, and close new clients with a consultative, data-driven approach.

The role requires a hunter mindset, 2–3 years in B2B sales, and strong English and French language skills (C1 / B2). You will leverage Salesforce, manage a robust pipeline, and collaborate with onboarding and customer success teams.

Formación

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Proactive hunter with consultative sales approach and strong communication skills.
• Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools.
• Strong digital marketing knowledge (SEO, PPC, Ads ecosystem) and client-facing product understanding.
• Fluency in French (C1) and English (B2).

Responsabilidades

• Identify and engage potential clients through inbound and outbound prospecting (cold calls, email, social selling).
• Generate new business opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Conduct needs analysis and present AI advertising solutions tailored to client goals.
• Drive full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Achieve and exceed revenue and activity targets.
• Maintain accurate tracking of all sales activities in CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
• Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding and customer success handover.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional solutions when applicable.
