📄 JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Supplier Developer Manager, your mission is to work closely with the brands, planning and sourcing team in order to improve lead time, quality and costs.

🎯 TASKS

• Identify opportunities to improve service and cost
• Lead negotiations with suppliers (move to fast flow, improve performance, penalties...)
• Support the onboarding of new suppliers: present our logistic requisites, our end-to-end process, understand how their supply chain works
• Track KPIs and identify the impacts
• Follow Up with brands who do not comply with our contract agreements and define an action plan with them
• Follow Up on the achievement of those action plans
• Follow Up on penalties by brands
• Build and animate relevant reporting and conduct ad-hoc analysis
• Organize meetings and prepare material for brands and other Veepee Teams
• Lead new projects related to brand’s supply chain (pallet ID, packaging,...etc)

👉 MUST HAVE skills

• 3 to 5 years experience, ideally in supply chain, logistics or sales
• Written and oral interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt your communication to your interlocutors
• Strong negotiation skills and willingness to be part of a collective success
• Problem solving approach
• Analytical and synthesis skills
• Good level of Excel and presentation tools
• Fluent in Spanish and English
