HBX Group is seeking a Corporate Strategy Manager to shape and deliver strategic priorities by partnering with the Head of Corporate Strategy and senior leadership. You will develop materials for executive decisions and help define the company’s long-term vision and strategic pillars, informed by market expertise and competitive landscape insights.

Formación

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy roles.
Full professional proficiency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
Strong strategic leadership and problem-solving capabilities in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
Outstanding analytical rigor and financial acumen, including market/competitive analysis, business cases, P&L modeling.

Responsabilidades

Support strategy definition and multi-year planning (e.g. 3YP).
Build strategic baselines from market trends, competition, and internal performance.
Define pillars and objectives with senior leadership to guide initiatives.
Deliver market insights, competitive analyses, and regular updates to management and Board.
