HBX Group is seeking a Corporate Strategy Manager to shape and deliver strategic priorities with the Head of Corporate Strategy and senior leadership. You will craft materials that influence executive and investor decisions, define long-term vision, and elevate planning quality across the organization.

The role requires deep strategy expertise, strong presentation skills, and a track record in strategy consulting or equivalent roles in dynamic, international settings.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy roles.
• Full professional proficiency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong strategic leadership and problem-solving capabilities in fast-moving environments.
• Outstanding analytical rigor and financial acumen including market/competitive analysis and P&L modeling.
• Exceptional synthesis, storytelling, and presentation skills for senior/executive audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Support strategy definition and multi-year planning (e.g., 3YP) with senior leadership.
• Develop market insights, size opportunities, and monitor competitive dynamics.
• Identify new growth opportunities and monitor industry shifts to inform decisions.
• Deliver regular market updates to the Board and senior management.
