HBX Group is seeking a Corporate Strategy Manager to shape the Group’s strategic priorities. You will partner with the Head of Corporate Strategy and senior leadership to develop materials that influence executive, board, and investor decisions.

The role requires deep market expertise and a strong background in strategy consulting or similar roles. The position is remote within Spain, with the option to work hybrid from Mallorca for those planning or willing to relocate.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in strategy consulting or corporate strategy.
• Full professional English proficiency essential; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong strategic leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
• Outstanding analytical and financial acumen, with business cases and P&L know-how.
• Exceptional synthesis, storytelling and executive presentation skills.
• Collaborative, influential, able to lead cross-functional initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Define and manage the group strategy and multi-year plans (e.g. 3YP).
• Develop market insights and competitive analyses to inform decisions.
• Identify growth opportunities and monitor industry shifts for executives.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Finance, Commercial Strategy and Planning.
