HBX Group seeks a Corporate Strategy Manager to shape and deliver the Group’s strategic priorities. You will partner with the Head of Corporate Strategy and senior leadership to develop materials influencing executive, board, and investor decisions.

This role is remote within Spain, with a hybrid option from Mallorca for relocations, demanding deep market expertise and a track record in strategy consulting or equivalent strategic roles.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy roles.
• Full professional proficiency in English is essential.
• Strong strategic leadership and problem-solving capabilities in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Outstanding analytical rigor and financial acumen, including market/competitive analysis and business cases.
• Exceptional synthesis, storytelling, and presentation skills for senior audiences.
• Highly collaborative and influential, able to drive outcomes without formal authority.

Responsabilidades

• Define and deliver Group strategy and multi-year plans (e.g., 3YP).
• Build strategic models and conduct market analyses to size opportunities.
• Lead research with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders across functions.
• Identify growth opportunities and monitor industry shifts for executive decisions.
