HBX Group is seeking a Corporate Strategy Manager to shape and deliver the Group’s strategic priorities. You will partner with the Head of Corporate Strategy and senior leadership, translating analyses into executive‑level materials to influence decisions at board and investor levels.

The role defines the company’s long‑term vision and strategic pillars, supported by market intelligence and cross‑functional collaboration.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy roles within complex, international organizations.
• Full professional proficiency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong strategic leadership and problem‑solving capabilities in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments.
• Outstanding analytical rigor and financial acumen, including market and competitive analyses, business cases, and P&L modeling.
• Exceptional synthesis, storytelling, and presentation skills for senior and executive audiences.
• Highly collaborative and influential, able to manage multiple priorities and drive cross‑functional outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the Head of Corporate Strategy to drive strategy definition and multi‑year planning (e.g., 3YP).
• Build a robust strategic fact base through market, performance and risk analysis.
• Co‑define strategic pillars and objectives with senior leadership.
• Establish and maintain a clear strategy planning framework with cross‑functional alignment.
• Develop and update proprietary market models to size growth opportunities.
• Lead primary research with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Produce competitive analyses to inform actions and decisions.
• Deliver regular market updates to senior management and Board.
• Identify and assess new business and diversification opportunities.
• Monitor industry shifts to support timely executive decisions.
