HBX Group is seeking a Corporate Strategy Manager to shape and deliver the Group’s strategic priorities. You will partner with the Head of Corporate Strategy and senior leadership to craft materials that influence executive, board, and investor decisions.

This role combines rigorous analysis with concise storytelling for impact. The position is remote within Spain, with the option to work hybrid from Mallorca for those planning or willing to relocate.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting and/or corporate strategy roles.
• Full professional proficiency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong strategic leadership and problem-solving capabilities with experience leading complex initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the Head of Corporate Strategy to drive strategy definition and multi-year plans (e.g. 3YP).
• Build a robust strategic fact base via market trends, competitive dynamics, and performance data.
• Co-define pillars and objectives with senior leadership to guide prioritization and design.
• Establish a clear strategy planning framework with cross-functional alignment.
• Develop market models to size opportunities and lead primary research with stakeholders.
• Produce competitive landscape analyses to inform actions; deliver updates to Board.
• Identify new growth opportunities and monitor industry shifts for timely decisions.
