HBX Group is seeking a highly seasoned Corporate Strategy Manager to shape the Group’s strategic priorities in collaboration with the Head of Corporate Strategy and senior leadership. The role blends rigorous analysis with executive-level storytelling to influence decisions at the board and investor levels.

Remote within Spain with the option to work hybrid from Mallorca; ideal for candidates with strategy consulting or similar experience in complex, international settings.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy roles.
• English fluency required; additional languages a plus.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving in fast-moving environments.
• Excellent analytical, financial acumen including P&L modeling.
• Outstanding storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences.
• Collaborative and influential with cross-functional stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Define and manage strategy, including multi-year plans (e.g. 3YP).
• Build strategic fact base from market trends and performance.
• Define pillars and objectives with senior leadership.
• Maintain strategy planning framework with cross-functional alignment.
• Develop market insights and competitive analyses.
• Deliver market updates to senior management and Board.
