HBX Group is seeking a Corporate Strategy Manager to shape and deliver the Group’s strategic priorities. You will work with the Head of Corporate Strategy and senior leadership to develop materials that influence executive, board, and investor decisions.

The role is remote within Spain with a hybrid option from Mallorca for relocation-ready candidates. Strong background in strategy consulting or equivalent is essential.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy.
• Fluency in English required; other languages a plus.
• Strong leadership, problem solving, and project delivery in fast-moving environments.
• Excellent analytical rigor and financial acumen including P&L modeling.
• Exceptional synthesis and presentation skills for senior audiences.
• Collaborative, influential, and able to align cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive the Group strategy and multi-year plans (e.g. 3YP).
• Build strategic insights through market analysis and competitive landscape.
• Lead market lighthouse initiatives and provide updates to senior management.
• Identify growth opportunities and monitor industry shifts to support decisions.
