HBX Group is seeking a Corporate Strategy Manager to shape and deliver the Group’s strategic priorities. You will partner with senior leadership to develop materials that influence executive and investor decisions, defining long-term vision and competitive strategy.

The role combines rigorous analysis with executive-level presentation, leveraging a background in strategy consulting or equivalent. Remote within Spain with hybrid options from Mallorca are available.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy.
• Full professional proficiency in English is essential.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen for market and competitive analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the Head of Corporate Strategy to drive the strategy definition and multi-year plans.
• Develop robust market insights through analysis of trends, competition, and internal performance.
• Define strategic pillars and objectives with senior leadership to guide prioritization.
• Deliver regular market updates and strategic findings to the executive team and Board.
