HBX Group is seeking a Corporate Strategy Manager to shape and deliver the Group’s strategic priorities. You will partner with the Head of Corporate Strategy and senior leadership to develop materials that influence executive decisions at the board and investor level.

This role combines rigorous analytical thinking with synthesis and executive-level presentation skills to support long-term vision, strategic pillars, and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy roles.
• Full professional proficiency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong strategic leadership and problem-solving capabilities for high-visibility initiatives.
• Outstanding analytical rigor and financial acumen, including market and competitive analysis, business cases, P&L modeling.

Responsabilidades

• Support strategy definition and planning with multi-year plans (e.g. 3YP).
• Develop market insights and models to size growth opportunities (Market Lighthouse).
• Lead competitive landscape analyses and brief senior management and Board.
• Identify and assess new business and diversification opportunities.
