HBX Group is seeking a Corporate Strategy Manager to shape and deliver the Group’s strategic priorities, partnering with the Head of Corporate Strategy and senior leadership. The role combines rigorous analysis with synthesis and executive-level presentation skills to influence decisions at board and investor levels.

Remote within Spain with the option to work hybrid from Mallorca for those planning or willing to relocate.

Formación

5+ years of experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy roles.
English fluency is essential; additional languages are a plus.
Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
Outstanding analytical rigor and financial acumen, incl. market/competitive analysis and P&L modelling.
Exceptional storytelling and executive-level presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

Support strategy definition and multi-year planning with senior leadership.
Build strategic insights from market trends, competitive dynamics and internal performance.
Define pillars and objectives to guide prioritization and initiatives.
Maintain a clear planning framework with cross-functional alignment across Finance, Commercial Strategy, and Planning.
