Factorial is hiring a Partner Account Manager (Business Development) for the Italian market to elevate our Partner Services team. You will own the post-sales relationship with strategic partners, drive retention, and lead growth initiatives, while designing scalable governance and playbooks to scale partnerships.

Joining our Barcelona-based team, you will collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance to ensure a seamless partner experience and successful joint initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in post-sales partner management or account management.
• Ability to build long-term partnerships and scalable processes.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Own post-sales relationship with strategic partners and drive retention and growth.
• Lead joint business planning and coordinate internal teams to support partnerships.
• Design and implement scalable partner governance, playbooks, and processes.
• Manage contract renewals, upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and escalations.
