Factorial is expanding its Partner Development team for the Italian Market in Barcelona. You will spearhead partner identification, outreach, and ecosystem growth, crafting value proposals and scalable collaboration models with cross-functional teams.

You will build and activate partnerships, define success metrics, and enable partners with the necessary tools and assets to promote Factorial in the market.

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience building or managing partnerships in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment.
• Proactive hustle, emotional intelligence, and ability to close deals.

Responsabilidades

• Partner Hunting: research and reach out to high-potential partners.
• Network Activation: own first contact, discovery, relationship-building, and value design.
• Strategic Co-Creation: build joint value propositions, co-branded campaigns, and win-win models.
• Ecosystem Growth: scale partner network across verticals and geographies.
