Factorial HR is seeking a Strategy Analyst for the Italian Market to support and scale the Strategic Partnerships team. You will develop strategic initiatives, build scalable processes, and drive data-informed decisions to grow the partner business.

You will own reporting to management, design scalable processes, and help uncover new partnerships outside Italy. Strong analytical skills and English/Italian fluency are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Tier-1 business school.
• 2–3 years work experience in Strategy Consulting/Investment Banking/Startup/VC.
• Fluent in English and Italian; French/German/Spanish a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new ideas with AI and go-to-market actions for partners.
• Own reporting to management to improve visibility and drive initiatives.
• Design scalable processes and coordinate with other teams for effective implementation.
• Establish tracking systems to monitor business and drive data-driven decisions.
