HBX Group is seeking a Corporate Strategy Manager to shape the Group’s strategic priorities, partnering with the Head of Corporate Strategy and senior leadership. You will translate market insights into actionable plans and influence executive decisions at the board level.

This role blends rigorous analysis with compelling storytelling, requiring English fluency and the ability to drive multi-year plans in a fast-moving, international travel tech environment.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy roles.
• English proficiency essential; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong strategic leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
• Analytical rigor and financial acumen including market/competitive analysis and P&L modeling.
• Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for senior and executive audiences.
• Highly collaborative and influence-driven cross-functional leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the Head of Corporate Strategy to drive the strategy definition and multi-year plans (e.g. 3YP).
• Build a strategic fact base through market trends, internal performance, risks and opportunities.
• Co-define strategic pillars and objectives with senior leadership for prioritization.
• Establish and maintain a clear strategy planning framework with cross-functional alignment.
• Develop proprietary ecosystem market models to size growth opportunities.
• Lead primary research with clients, suppliers, external experts, and internal stakeholders.
• Produce competitive landscape analyses to inform actions.
• Deliver regular market updates to senior management and Board.
• Identify and assess new business and diversification opportunities.
