HBX Group is seeking a Corporate Strategy Manager to shape the Group’s long‑term vision and strategic pillars. You will work with the Head of Corporate Strategy and senior leadership to develop materials that influence executive decisions at the board and investor levels.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy roles within complex, international organizations.
• Full professional proficiency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong strategic leadership and problem-solving capabilities, with experience leading high-visibility initiatives in ambiguous environments.
• Outstanding analytical rigor and financial acumen, including market and competitive analysis, business cases, P&L modeling, and quantitative planning.
• Exceptional synthesis, storytelling, and presentation skills for senior/executive audiences.
• Highly collaborative and influential, able to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Support Group Strategy Definition & Strategic Planning, driving multi-year plans and cross-functional alignment.
• Build a robust strategic fact base through analysis of market trends, competitiveness, and internal performance.
• Co-define strategic pillars and objectives with senior leadership to guide prioritization of initiatives.
• Deliver regular market insights and competitive landscape updates to senior management and the Board.
