HBX Group is seeking a Corporate Strategy Manager to shape and deliver the group’s strategic priorities, partnering with the Head of Corporate Strategy and senior leadership to influence decisions at executive, board, and investor levels. The role requires strong analytical and presentation skills and a track record of strategic impact.

The position is remote within Spain, with the option to work hybrid from Mallorca for relocation.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of relevant strategy consulting or corporate strategy experience.
• Full professional English proficiency; additional languages a plus.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving in ambiguous, fast-moving settings.
• Excellent financial acumen, including P&L and market analysis.
• Outstanding storytelling and executive presentation skills.
• Collaborative and influential with cross-functional impact.
